What a School Companion does
In schools that do not have enough teachers, a School Companion provides consistent academic and personal support by:
- Conducting regular classes and identifying each student's learning level.
- Tracking progress and helping bridge foundational learning gaps.
- Mentoring students through challenges linked to geographical isolation and life in rural hilly areas.
- Speaking with parents and helping prevent dropouts caused by learning gaps, family difficulties, or financial pressure.
