All payment processing is handled by Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. We never store or have access to your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank account details. Your payment data is transmitted directly to Razorpay over TLS 1.2+ encryption.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your data only with:

• Razorpay — for payment processing (name, email, phone, PAN, amount)
• Google Analytics — anonymized browsing data for site analytics
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot detection and fraud prevention

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Vazhai, its donors, or beneficiaries.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your personal data is stored securely in Vazhai's internal systems and on Netlify's infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction. PAN data is stored with restricted access and is retained for the period required by Indian tax law.
