Support students directly

Make learning materials and help a child catch up
Help review assessment sheets, create clear Tamil-medium lessons, and prepare practical exercises for students who are one or two grades behind. A focused 2–4 hour remote task can help us understand what each child needs next.

Conduct career guidance sessions
Join a 30-minute online career guidance session. Share what it is like to be an engineer, nurse, chef, accountant, or another professional, and help a child see more possible futures.

Guide students towards ITI, college, and other pathways
Help students explore and apply for courses that fit their marks, interests, background, and goals, including the Ashok Leyland ITI Integrated Course. Make the options clear, check the requirements, and support them through the next step.

Help students register with the Employment Exchange and find job opportunities
Guide students through Employment Exchange registration so they can access relevant job opportunities, training, and updates.
